| The VebaBoxes characterize themselves by their high quality and reliability compared to a cooling van. Service rates are being recorded and these are used to calculate the service-rational. Veba is constantly executing quality-improvement programmes according to the safetying system ISO9000-2000, by which compared to the old cooling van ( often fabricated a piece in a bodydesigncompany) a top product has been established. The series-production line of the VebaBox starts a possibility in continuously improving. Only the best materials will be applied and only a well trained staff is brought in. However it occurs that a VebaBox produces an inconvenience. The uniqueness of the VebaBox is that it is completely built up modularity wise ( internal only switch modules) so that servicing can be done fast in any (car) garage, without STEK approval. |  |
Modern format service:

The VebaBox is made out of 16 components. If an inconvenience appears these can be replaced fast and easy by any (car) workshop. All the components ( called modules) including the cooling-unit, can be replaced by just using a screwdriver or a pair of tongs. So there is NO NEED in refrigerating activities like welding, brazing, filling Freon etc.) as it is with the traditional cooling-equipment. All the components are connected with switchable plug connections. And therefore can be replaced easy and fast.

Search for the cause of a malfunction:
| In the VebaBox is a main regulating-unit on which by a number of coloured LEDs the status of the functioning of the cabinet and its components are displayed. With the help of a diagram which displays the malfunction one can determine which component or module has to be replaced. |  |
Technical training VebaBox:
| Veba will give in-company instructions if required ( appr. 2hrs) when finished a (car) mechanic can do the servicing of a VebaBox completely. How can you better serve your client? |  |
Advantage: All cooling-units will not cease at the same time.
| The uniqueness of the VebaBox is that it is provided with several cooling-units. One of the advantages is that if a cooling-unit blocks another one will still be running. A VebaBox keeps the right temperature even with only a quarter of the present cooling power. This construction dates from the nineties where the VebaBox made its popular introduction in the laboratory and medical field. These sectors were looking for a more reliable solution than a cooling-van. This was found by Veba by installing more cooling-units. This means in practice that a cooling-unit does not function ( but the Box gets to the temperature) After noticing one can drive a little while and by chance the cooling will be replaced. This is not only for the user a relaxing thought so we better not talk about the costs for a traditional refrigerating mechanic who has to go somewhere around the country on a parking spot getting the cooling van fixed.
