The VebaBox is a quality product which matches the highest quality levels. The maintained values for the production, tests, calibration are a.o. ISO 9000-2000, RVA and ATP. That is why the VebaBox got a warranty-period of even 2 years! Because of its uniqueness the VebaBox is always equipped with a minimum of 2 cooling devices, so the functioning will always be more reliable than any other transport cooling system. (Those are always equipped with only 1 cooling system)
Each VebaBox has been produced with utmost care and tests, however a malfunction can occur. To maintain a clear service and guarantee policy with our EU resellers this “warranty and service policy VebaBox EU” has been created.
Service policy
Veba has a 24/7 service. You can call a Dutch telephone number If an alleged failure occurs. In case there will be no operator immediately available, you will be replied within 1 hour (notice that you should not phone by a shielded phone number) The operator then will evaluate the malfunction so within 24 hours steps will be taken and if needed at latest the malfunction will be solved within 48 hours, anywhere in Europe. In appropriate cases one can ask to drive to one of the nearest service partners or to transport the VebaBox separately to that service point. The service phone number can be dialed from any country in Europe.

Warranty policy EU
Each VebaBox will be supplied with 2 years warranty! If malfunctions occur within this period due to a problem of the VebaBox itself the reparation will be carried out fully free of charge. This includes hours and parts. Not included for the warranty are: Expenses of transportation of the vehicle or VebaBox, expenses which are made for a temporarily used other vehicle, malfunctions or damages due to injudicious use or arose due to an injudicious installation in the vehicle and further on all the not mentioned indirect expenses.
